Can I use SoulWeaver on multiple devices?

Yes. Your account, companion, and conversation history are tied to your email address — simply log in with the same credentials on any iOS or Android device to pick up where you left off. Note that subscriptions are platform-specific: a subscription purchased on iPhone is managed through the App Store and does not carry over to Android, and vice versa.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, not from within the app.

On iPhone: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find SoulWeaver and tap Cancel Subscription.

On Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, find SoulWeaver and tap Cancel.

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling does not delete your account or data.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly from within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Open the SoulWeaver app and log in.

Tap Settings from the main screen.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
